
Specific
Defect Reports, or sometimes Specific Issue Reports, concentrate on individual faults that have been noted in a
property (for example visible cracking, subsidence, dampness) and are not
intended to be a Structural Condition Report.
These are often requested by a Mortgage Lender following a Mortgage
Valuation Report.
The price of a
Specific Defect Report is generally less than that of the Structural
Condition
report because the content is obviously more limited.
