The purpose of
this survey and report is to advise you of the overall structural condition
of the property by carrying out a limited inspection at an affordable cost.
It is not intended to be a full building survey.
The Structural
Condition Report will state the opinion of the Surveyor as to the structural
defects that are present and which can be found in the building at the time
of the inspection, or may occur within the next one or two years if no
action is taken.
The Surveyor
will carry out a detailed visible examination of the property in order to
advise you upon:
* its present structural condition
* factors which will, in our opinion, affect the overall structural
stability of the
building
* evidence of dampness, insect attack and fungal decay where these are
significant enough to affect the overall stability or value of the property
