The Building Survey is the most comprehensive survey we undertake.  It involves an examination of all accessible parts of the building and comment is given on surface finishes, decorations and other items that are not included in the Structural Condition Report.

Also included with the Building Survey Report, should you so wish, is a valuation of the approximate cost of reinstatement of the property for insurance purposes.  This valuation must not be confused with the "open market value" of the property.
