If you are in dispute with your neighbour over the position of the boundary, we can assist.  We have access to the Land Registry and Ordnance Survey digital data.  We can carry out a site survey, consult your deed plans and assist in determining the correct boundary position.  In some instances, however, despite using the latest technology it may not be possible for us to determine the true boundary.  In such instances the best course of action is mediation taking into account how long the existing boundary features have been in place.  Baker Barnett are happy to assist in a mediation process.  Remember, it is better to discuss than resort to legal proceedings, if discussion is possible.
