We can carry out a full site survey of your land and or existing building using modern surveying technology and can provide a topographical survey where necessary.

Planning Consent Negotiation
Baker Barnett are experienced in preparing planning drawings, submitting planning applications and also have experience in dealing with listed buildings and buildings located within conservation areas. We are also able to negotiate with highways authorities and prepare road access schemes and stopping-up agreements.

Building Regulation Approval
We ensure all our designs are compliant with current Building Regulations then prepare and submit the Building Regulation Application for approval.
